I went to the gym, I was full of energy. After 15 minutes of cardio exercises, I went to ask the coach to guide me because I am new and I do not know the movements. He told me to make this move. I didn't do it right. He asked me to do another movement, the same thing. He told me that you need a lot and that you need private coaching. He offered to train me when I refused, he left me alone. I tried to finish my session, but I was surprised when I heard him tell a girl in front of me what had happened between us and they started to laugh. I don't know his name and I didn't ask about it, but i noticed he was putting an earring in his ear. I remember that when I start with them they told me that the coaches were at our disposal and at our service, but I found the opposite. I went to see the manager because I was very angry and still but I did not find him, they told me that he did not come in the evening and they told me that there is someone else in charge I can talk with him, the receptionist asked me to wait for him, i waited 30 minutes and no one came and no one bothered me. I wrote this review because it's the only way for you to know what happened to me. Your promises are false.

The first day I came to URBAIN 5 I'm struggling with their stupidities, the first day before I subscribe for a year I told asked if they have Crossfit space and a boxing bags simple things that exist everywhere even in the small clubs in popular areas, they show me a room that have Crossfit and bags, saw I subscribed for a year Things you have to know before you subscribe for a year, They don't have a Crossfit area, they don't have a boxing bags, they may show you a room that supposed to be for Crossfit and boxing bags just to get you in their hands, that room is always used for private courses
